Shipping
We ship to every parish in Jamaica. Small items travel by air (5–10 days). Large items — panels, batteries, inverters — travel by ocean freight (2–4 weeks). Shipping is calculated per product and shown at checkout.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Defective items are replaced under manufacturer warranty. Contact us on WhatsApp for a return authorisation.
Installer network
We're building a certified network of Jamaican solar installers. If you're an electrician or technician who wants to train with us, message David on WhatsApp. Certification tracks launch Q1 2027.
